I had a wonderful experience at HSS. First, I would like to thank my Dr. Michael Parks. Everything is well-organized before, during and after surgery. Indeed, the hospital was best for pain management during my admission and even after discharge. The service I got from the nurses, PCA’s, physical therapist, dietitians, phlebotomist, transport, and housekeeping was exceptional. Thank you, HSS. You indeed warm my heart.
