Simran Kaur is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who earned her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy through Boston University’s accelerated program. She subsequently completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) through the MGH Institute of Health Professions.

Simran enjoys treating adolescents and adults with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in sports injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, and helping active individuals return to the activities they love. Her clinical approach combines evidence-based care, individualized exercise programming, and patient education to promote long-term movement health and injury prevention.
