HSS Performance Nutrition virtual services offer a personalized assessment to develop a nutrition action plan for your training, competition, or wellness goals. Follow ups are available to track progress, overcome any obstacles and maintain motivation or accountability.

Fuel Your Run Program: $900
Fuel Your Run is a personalized sports nutrition program designed to help runners build confidence, consistency, and strategy around fueling for training and race day. Through one 60-minute initial assessment and five follow-up sessions, our performance nutrition team works with each runner to understand their medical history, training routine, diet habits, lifestyle factors, and goals.
Over the course of the program, runners receive individualized guidance on daily fueling, macronutrient needs, pre- and post-run nutrition, hydration, electrolytes, long run fueling, supplement routines, and race day planning. Each session builds on real-world feedback from training, helping runners identify what works, adjust what does not, and develop a practical fueling system that supports performance, recovery, and endurance.
By race week, runners will have a clear, personalized plan for carbohydrate loading, hydration, supplementation, and timing, so they can approach the start line prepared, confident, and ready to perform.
HSS Kinetic Blueprint™: $1,300 ($1,170 for NYRR members)
